My cup overfloweth with both the amount of activism that is happening in the Triangle and the amazing leadership of our group. I cannot thank you enough for emailing me updates so I can share them. I know it takes a lot to lead a protest. It takes even more to email me with a great summary and pictures. Thank you activism warrior leaders!!
Great news! Another successful visible bridge brigade in Raleigh. Thanks, Cynthia for organizing! Love your sign and engagement!! There are 20 or so on the list who are engaged. So exciting!
More great news from Chapel Hill! Thanks, Wendy for the amazing report! Despite the threat of rain and it being a holiday, they had twenty people (if you include her younger son who literally held a sign for five minutes...but it's a start!) show up over the course of 1.5 hours. And the location is so great as they cover four corners. Highlights included music from a speaker on one corner, a four-year-old who made her own sign (and who lasted longer than her teenage son😂) and a couple visiting their son from Colorado who were walking to Whole Foods from their Airbnb yesterday and learned about the weekly Monday rally from two protesters on the corner. The couple were moved to spend an hour of their vacation time protesting, since they do a weekly protest at their home north of Denver. How cool is that? It is super cool Wendy! Thanks for your amazing activism!!!!
The triangle continues to shine with the Tuesday protest happening with some drizzle. A little rain is not stopping us!! Thanks Betty, Clark, and John for taking Mark out for breakfast for his birthday! So sweet of you.
Speaking of protests, it looks like the rain will hold off for the bridge protest today at 4pm over I-40. They will not hold it in the rain, but all looks good at this point.
More great news. There was a protest yesterday in Nashville, TN against a Republican Representative Andy Ogles who was attempting to hold a press conference. His main message was anti-immigration conspiracy theories. There were 15 people inside and 150 people outside banging on the doors disrupting his event. They made so much noise, they were drowning out Rep. Ogles’ speech. This is kind of what we do when an agitator comes to Tesla. We just chant louder than they do!

More corruption on display at the not-my-president is for sale. He pardoned Paul Walczak who admitted committing tax crimes after his mother attended one of the $1M dinners with the charlatan who is pretending to care about our country. We must shine a light on his corruption!
More corruption is growing as there now is a wider net of black market operations that seek to bring goods into the US by avoiding the tariffs. I wonder if any of his lackeys are profiting off of this.

Today I want to talk about the 25th amendment, which says that Congress can remove a president is he (so far is always a he) is unfit for office. Last week the book was published about the cover-up of Joe Biden’s cognitive deficits. So much press about this book. But ironically, where is the press on the cognitive deficits we have been seeing among the not my president for years? Where are people’s voices on this? He still thought he was running against Joe Biden after Joe Biden said he was not running. His tweets on social media are incoherent rants. He still talks about Obama as somebody who should be brought up on charges of treason. He can’t really string two coherent thoughts together, so why aren’t people talking about his inability to sit as president. It’s because they’re all afraid of him. He’s an unpredictable and unreasonable person. He’s a mob boss who is silencing folks who say it like it is. Well some are not being quiet about it. Hubbell is talking about it. Reich is talking about it. And so is Jasmine Crockett. She recently talked about his Memorial Day rant and said it’s time for us to look at his cognitive ability. Thank you, Jasmine. We need more people to be saying this.
Hats off to Fox News who noted that in his rant, he did not talk about the fallen soldiers. Isn’t that the whole point of Memorial Day?

These extraordinary American heroes and their immense and ultimate sacrifices, they offer only the faintest glimpse at the infinite grace we have received from all who laid down their lives for America over the past 250 years.
We’re going to have a big, big celebration, as you know, 250 years. In some ways, I’m glad I missed that second term where it was because I wouldn’t be your president for that. Most important of all, in addition, we have the World Cup, and we have the Olympics. Can you imagine? I missed that four years, and now look what I have, I have everything.
Amazing the way things work out. God did that. I believe that too. God did it.
You know, I got the World Cup and I got the Olympics. The 250 years was not mine, I’d like to take credit. But I got the Olympics, I got the World Cup when I was president, and I said, boy, it’s too bad I won’t be president then, and look what happened.
I, it turned out, and we’re going to have a great time. We’re going to have a great celebration. But most important of all is the 250th anniversary that blows everything away, including the World Cup and including the Olympics, as far as I’m concerned. In any corner of the cemetery, at any resting place for our war dead, anywhere on Earth, you’ll find untold stories of equal hero, heroism and heartbreak, unmatched patriotism and devotion, and acts of selflessness and courage.
What in the world?? I cannot wait to march in Durham on our Flag Day: Liberty and Justice for All. We are not even mentioning him. He does not deserve it. We will not feed the weak sense of self of the narcissist who is unfit to run our country.
Instead, let’s see what a president who understands country first said. Here is an except from former President Obama,
“On Memorial Day, we remember the sacrifices that our men and women in uniform and their families have made to preserve our freedom. May we always strive to honor the strength and resolve they’ve shown our country.”
I know that folks have said that we don’t want JD Vance to run the country, which would happen if the 25th amendment is invoked. JD Vance is not a mob boss. He’s a doofus and does not have the cult following that the not-my-president has. It’s time for us to get rid of the incoherent boob and call it what it is: dementia.
Today, I will be emailing about the 25th amendment.
Please watch this video that lays out clearly what cutting Medicare, Medicaid, and other programs is about, and it is not about eliminating waste. Health insurance companies are the main source of fraud, not the American people.
